Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person. The Beal Group, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund where permitted, if account misuse, credential sharing, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity is detected. Users agree to notify The Beal Group promptly of any unauthorized use of their account.
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment through The Beal Group’s designated payment processors (currently Stripe or PayPal). By submitting payment, the student authorizes the charge to the selected payment method. Enrollment is not complete until payment is successfully processed.
Improper chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting The Beal Group to resolve a legitimate concern constitute a material breach of these Terms. The Beal Group reserves the right to suspend access, deny future enrollment, and recover any fees, costs, or collection expenses associated with resolving improper chargebacks.
All refund rights and limitations are governed exclusively by The Beal Group’s Policies and Procedures Disclosure (“PPD”), which is incorporated herein by reference and available on this website. By enrolling, the student acknowledges review of and agreement to the refund provisions contained in the PPD.
All course content, materials, assessments, recordings, text, graphics, slides, videos, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation thereof (collectively, the “Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of The Beal Group, LLC, and are protected by U.S. copyright and other applicable laws.
The Materials are licensed to the enrolled student on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal educational use only. No part of the Materials may be reproduced, recorded, copied, distributed, transmitted, displayed, shared, uploaded, reverse-engineered, used to create derivative works, or used for artificial intelligence training, data scraping, or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Sharing login credentials, recordings, or course access with any third party is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Beal Group, LLC operates in accordance with the North Carolina Real Estate License Law and Commission Rules. To the extent any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the PPD conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable License Law or Commission Rules, such Law and Rules shall control, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
All courses and materials are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or other professional advice. Students are responsible for seeking independent professional counsel as appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of The Beal Group, LLC arising out of or relating to any course, website, or materials shall not exceed the total tuition paid by the student for the applicable course. In no event shall The Beal Group be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
The Beal Group shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, internet service interruptions, platform outages, power failures, or natural disasters. In such events, the sole remedy shall be rescheduling or provision of a reasonable alternative.
The Beal Group, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to any course, materials, or account if a student violates these Terms and Conditions or the provisions of the PPD. Such suspension or termination may occur without prior notice and, where permitted by applicable law and Commission Rules, without refund.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any course shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
The Beal Group, LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in its discretion. Any modifications shall be effective upon posting on the website. Continued enrollment, access, or use of any course or materials after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
