By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively selecting an opt-in checkbox during course registration, account creation, or website form submission, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from The Beal Group, LLC regarding your courses and related services. These messages may include class reminders, orientation instructions, schedule updates, account notifications, and limited support communications. The Beal Group, LLC does not send third-party marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any course or service.

Regarding your payment information, all such information is handled through our payment provider, Stripe, regardless of method of payment. The Beal Group does not have access to your credit card details.

Information pertaining to your participation in any courses offered by The Beal Group will be retained pursuant to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's License Law and Commission Rules. 

Your Rights Regarding This Data

Subject to the information that must be retained pursuant to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, you may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time. If you have an account with us, you can amend your personal details in your user settings panel. You may also request that your details be completely removed from our database at any time by contacting us through the contact portal on our website.
