Mandatory Disclosure

Pursuant to Commission Rule § 58H .0204(b)(9), any licensee wishing to register for one or more of The Beal Group's classes must sign a certification acknowledging the student's receipt of the Policies and Procedures Disclosure prior to payment of any portion of tuition or registration.  To begin the certification process download the Disclosure by clicking the image.
